We decided to take advantage of the first warm weekend and went to Discovery Park. Callie loved hiking around in the backpack carrier. And then we got to the beach and her eyes lit up. She found a clam shell and spent a good deal of time investigating it. Opening it, closing it, filling it with sand and packing it in, and dumping it out. Over and over again. The tidepools were also a hit. So much so that she sat down in one. And refused to stand back up. She was already wet and sandy at this point, so we decided to just let her have fun.
